If you have any questions about our services, or would like to discuss your pet’s stay with us, please call our office at 503-649-4956.

First time Clients
If you are a first time customer or have a new pet with us, please complete a pet contract and provide veterinary proof of immunizations. Your veterinarian will usually be more than happy to fax those records to us at 503-642-5411.

Food Items
If you wish your pet to be served their own food, please bring enough with you in case their stay gets extended beyond your original pick up date 🙂 Extra is always better Please clearly mark ALL food, medications and supplements with your pet’s name and list the amounts that they are to have at each meal time.

Pet Bedding
Clients are welcome to bring in their own bedding and toys , however, bedding needs to be washable and dry-able at HIGH HEAT sanitary settings. It needs to be clearly marked with your pet’s first and last name. We do sometimes encounter having the same exact items brought in by different customers at the same time. We do our best to avoid damage or misplacement of your bedding and toys, but we cannot be held responsible if damage occurs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can someone else drop off my pet?
If someone other than yourself is bringing in your pet, please complete the Non-owner drop off form, (click here for a printable PDF of our Non-Owner Drop Off Form) to be brought in with your pet. (one per pet if necessary) This form can also be used as a reminder list for yourself to make sure your pet has everything they need before you leave home or as an information list for an emergency contact person other than yourself.

What if my pet becomes ill during their stay with us?
We will contact you and your vet’s office to determine if the pet should be seen by them. If your vet’s office is not open we have three emergency clinics and other local vet offices that we have relationships with, so your pet will get the best care possible.

Can I call to check on my pet while I am away?
Absolutely! We know how hard it can be to leave your furry friend behind. If you call during non-office hours we will get back to you at our very first opportunity.
